Draft for owner and legal review · July 12, 2026

Approval note: This practical draft must be reviewed with the final business entity, contact address, providers, and production retention policy before launch.

Information we collect

When you request a strategy call, we collect your name, company name, description of the company, website URL, main goal, and email address. We also record limited technical context such as the page used, referral and campaign parameters, submission time, and abuse-prevention signals.

How we use it

We use this information to review and respond to your inquiry, prevent duplicate contacts and abuse, understand how the website is used, maintain security, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell inquiry information.

Storage and retention

Inquiry records are intended to be stored in NextWave’s controlled system of record. The proposed retention period is 24 months, subject to final legal approval. Security and failure logs are intended to be retained for 30 days.

Service providers

Hosting, database, spam-prevention, email, scheduling, and privacy-appropriate analytics providers may process limited information on NextWave’s behalf. Final providers will be listed here before launch.

Your choices

You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of your inquiry information, subject to legal and security requirements. The final company privacy contact will be added before launch.

Security and changes

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security. Material changes will be reflected by the date above.
